Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 September 2026
EzTechify respects the sensitivity of health information. This policy explains what EzClinic collects, why, and how it is protected.
1. Who we are
EzClinic is operated by EzTechify. For clinic and patient records inside your workspace, your clinic is the data controller and EzClinic acts as the data processor.
2. Information we collect
Account data: clinic name, contact details, staff accounts, billing information.
Clinical data your staff enter: patient profiles, appointments, notes, prescriptions, documents, invoices.
Technical data: log records, IP address, device and browser information used for security and troubleshooting.
Contact form submissions: the name, email, and message you send us through our website contact form.
3. How we use information
To provide and secure the service, process subscription payments, provide support, and improve the product.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use patient records for advertising.
4. Data separation and security
EzClinic is multi-tenant: every record is scoped to your clinic at database level so other clinics cannot see or query your data.
Security measures include encrypted connections, CSRF protection, login rate-limiting, tenant-scoped access control, and authenticated document storage.
5. Sub-processors
We use trusted providers for hosting, payment processing (such as Stripe and PayPal), email delivery, and website form handling. Each processes data only as needed to deliver their part of the service.
6. International transfers
EzClinic serves clinics worldwide, so data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
Clinic data is retained while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterwards to allow export and to meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data. Patients should contact their clinic first; clinics can contact us for assistance.
9. Cookies
Our website and product use a small number of cookies. See the cookie policy for details.
10. Contact
Use the contact form on our home page for any privacy question or data request.
