Terms of Service

These terms govern your clinic's use of EzClinic, the practice management platform provided by EzTechify to clinics worldwide.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate clinic and contact details when creating an EzClinic workspace, and you are responsible for the activity of every staff account you invite.
You must keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Subscriptions and billing
EzClinic is offered on the Basic ($50 USD per month), Pro ($100 USD per month), and Enterprise ($300 USD per month) plans, or the equivalent annual price. All subscription prices are charged in US dollars.
Every new clinic receives a 10-day free trial with full access and no credit card required. After the trial, your selected plan renews automatically until you cancel.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. There are no long-term contracts.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access another clinic's workspace, reverse engineer the platform, or use EzClinic for unlawful activity.
You are responsible for using EzClinic in line with the healthcare, data protection, and record-keeping laws that apply to your clinic in your country.
5. Your data
Your clinic and patient data remains yours. EzClinic stores it in a tenant-isolated workspace and processes it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
You can export your data while your subscription is active.
6. White-label branding
White-label features let you present EzClinic under your own logo, colors, and custom domain. You are responsible for the brand assets you upload and confirm you hold the rights to use them.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep EzClinic available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
Enterprise plans include priority support and custom onboarding.
8. Liability
EzClinic is a management tool and does not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed practitioners.
To the extent permitted by law, EzTechify's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account owners before they take effect.
