Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new clinic gets a free 10-day trial with full access and no credit card required.
How is my clinic's data kept separate?
EzClinic is built as a multi-tenant platform. Every record is scoped to your clinic at the database level, so another clinic cannot see or query your data.
Which countries and currencies are supported?
EzClinic is designed for clinics globally. Subscription pricing is in USD, while each clinic can bill patients in USD, SAR, GBP, EUR, or CAD.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from billing settings, with no long-term contract.
Is patient data secure?
EzClinic includes CSRF protection, login rate-limiting, tenant-scoped access control, encrypted connections, and authenticated document storage for medical files.
Can I white-label EzClinic with my own brand?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans let you apply your clinic's logo, colors, and custom domain across the booking page, patient emails, and invoice PDFs. Enterprise adds full white-label for multi-branch groups and resellers.
Do you support Arabic and other languages?
Yes. The marketing site and product are available in English and Arabic with full right-to-left support. More languages are planned as EzClinic expands.
What does EzClinic cost?
Basic is $50 USD per month, Pro is $100 USD per month, and Enterprise is $300 USD per month. Annual billing is $600, $1,200 and $3,600 USD.
Does EzClinic work for dental clinics specifically?
Yes. Dental charting, treatment plans and per-tooth records are part of the patient chart, alongside the booking, billing and reporting used by every clinic type.
Can EzClinic handle more than one branch?
Yes. Multi-branch support is part of the Enterprise plan, with per-branch booking, staff scheduling and combined head-office reporting.
How long does setup take?
Most clinics create their workspace, add services and doctors, and publish a booking page on the first day of the trial.
Can patients pay online?
Yes. Invoices support Stripe and PayPal payments, and each invoice is also available as a print-ready PDF.
Do you offer reseller or partner plans?
Yes. Enterprise includes full white-label so partners can offer clinic management under their own brand. Contact us for partnership terms.
Is EzClinic GDPR compliant?
EzClinic follows GDPR-aligned privacy practices including data minimisation, per-clinic isolation, access control and audit trails. Clinical and regulatory responsibility remains with the clinic.
